Startups! Don’t believe the GenAI hype—or do?

Like many of you, I’ve fallen in love with GenAI and think it’s the cat’s meow.

However, falling in love with solutions is not a successful recipe for a startup.

Finding the customer’s pain and unsolved problems is the real path forward.

Just because you implement AI or blockchain or a vector database doesn’t mean you’re actually solving a customer’s problems.

So is GenAI overhyped? Probably yes and probably no.

The most successful entrepreneurs will figure out the juiciest problems to solve and strategically use the right technology in the right places to solve customer pain.
